Quality requirements for assembly of hydraulic automatic lathes:
1. The sliding and operating parts on hydraulic automatic lathes require flexible, lightweight, smooth, and unobstructed operation.
2. The contact spots and side clearances of transmission components such as gears, racks, and worm gear pairs that can be adjusted after assembly should comply with standard regulations.
3. The gears assembled on the splines should not swing, and the spline shaft that is dynamically matched with the gears, clutches, and other mating parts should have unobstructed sliding movement on the shaft without any jamming phenomenon.
4. On the transmission shaft, there must be no looseness or movement of the fixed fitting parts; The sliding fitting parts should be able to move freely on the shaft without any biting or blocking phenomenon.
5. The sliding and moving guide rail surface shall be inspected by coloring method. The reverse clearance distance of the hand wheel and handle with scales shall not exceed the specified limit. When the hydraulic automatic lathe is running, the measurement of the noise of the automatic lathe should be carried out under the condition of idle running.
